We refer to the announcement made on 13 January 2009.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of MTDInfra, we wish to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 19 January 2009 advised that the entire issued and paid-up share capital of MTDInfra will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 22 January 2009, pursuant to paragraph 8.15(6) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities given that MTDInfra is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTD Capital Bhd.
